Chapter 19
Implementing Security for Routing and Remote Access
The Routing and Remote Access Service (RRAS) allows remote computers to connect to corporate networks by using either dial-up connections or virtual private network (VPN) connections. The extension of the corporate network to these remote access clients requires a review on your part to ensure that the security of your network is not weakened when you allow remote access connectivity. Specifically, you must look at how the available components for a remote access solution work together to provide security.
