Select all the servers you wish to deploy on in the Targets tab.

Web components packaged in a .war file, EJB components in a .jar file, resource adapter components in a .rar file.

It should be placed inside a META-INF directory, which is placed inside a directory containing your Web component and EJB component archive files.

You can hot deploy an application by placing the deployable application file inside the applications directory of the domain in which the application is to be deployed.

When the application is to be deployed on the production server.

If there are any problems in the deployment of the application in any of the servers, the error is reflected in the first phase or preparation stage. If any further errors occur, deployment on all the servers is failed. This keeps the environment on all the servers in a cluster consistent with each other.
