Installing the MUI Pack

To install the MUI Pack features for the Microsoft Office System, insert the Language Pack CD from your Office CD set. Setup starts automatically, and then the Microsoft software agreement appears. After you accept the agreement, click Next, and then follow these steps:

1. The Setup Wizard asks you to choose the language you want to install. Select the languages you wish to install, and then click Next.

2. Choose the way you want menus and Help to appear. The three choices are set by default to match the system settings and the language you've selected for your system. To make changes, click the option down arrow, and then click your choice. Click Next to continue.

3. Select the type of installation you want: click Install Now to use the same components selected during your Office installation; click Complete, Proofing Tools Only, or Custom to install different configurations of the multilanguage features.

4. Click Install. Office installs the MUI Pack, and then prompts you to click OK when the installation is complete.

   Tip 

   Change multilanguage options with Add Or Remove Programs  After you install the MUI Pack, you can make further changes and enhancements to the feature. To do this, choose Start, Control Panel, and then double-click Add Or Remove Programs.
