There are other accessibility tools that are found elsewhere than the Accessibility Options dialog box. These include
Magnifier. Which enlarges a selected portion of the screen. You open Magnifier by clicking the Start button, then selecting All Programs, Accessories, Accessibility, Magnifier.
Narrator. Which uses text-to-speech technology to read the contents of the screen aloud. You launch Narrator by clicking the Start button, then selecting All Programs, Accessories, Accessibility, Narrator.
On-Screen Keyboard. Which lets users with limited mobility type onscreen with a mouse or other pointing device. You activate the onscreen keyboard by clicking the Start button, then selecting All Programs, Accessories, Accessibility, On-Screen Keyboard.
