As you can see, Windows XP makes it easy to work with your digital image files. Just remember these key points:
You should store all your picture files in the My Pictures folder, or in a subfolder within My Pictures.
You can configure My Pictures to display thumbnails of all your image files.
Display the Properties dialog box to view detailed information about the file, including when the photo was shot, what type of camera you used, and what its settings were.
To view a full-size version of a file, click the file to launch the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer utility.
Simplify printing digital photos with the Photo Printing Wizard and, if you want, you can order professional prints of your files from within My Pictures, by using the Online Print Ordering Wizard.
