Customers. They're either one of the joys or one of the major annoyances of running your own business. That's because when you're running a business with your eBay auctions, you have customers to deal with. Lots of them. So you'd better get used to it.

When you sell items via auction on eBay, there are plenty of opportunities for you to reach out and touch the people who bid on your items. Some customers will actually reach out and touch you, by asking questions in the middle of the auction. Other customers you have to reach out to yourself, when the auction is over, so that they'll know who and how much to pay. And then you have the kind of customer no one likes ”the one with problems.
