Click the down arrow to the right of the New button. -
On the drop-down menu, click Task. |

Create a new task. -
In the task form, click the Recurrence button. -
In the Task Recurrence dialog box, set the recurrence options you want, and then click OK. |

In the Task form, select or clear the Reminder check box. -
If setting a reminder, set the date and time you want the reminder to occur. -
Click OK. |

On the Tools menu, click Options. -

Open the note, click the Note icon in the upper-left corner, and click Forward in the drop-down list. -
In the To box, type the address of the person to whom you will forward the note, and then click Send. |

Open the note, click the Note icon in the upper-left corner, and click Contacts in the drop-down list. -
In the Contacts for Note dialog box, click the Contacts button. -
In the Look in box of the Select Contacts dialog box, click the contacts folder where the contact entry to which you want to link the note is stored. -
In the Items list, click the contact entry you want to link to the note. -
Click OK, and then click Close. |
