The CD-ROM also includes an online version of the book that you view on screen by using Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 with SP1.

To use the online version of this book:

1. Insert the SMS 2.0 Supplemental Course CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive.
2. Select Run from the Start menu on your desktop, and type x:\Ebook\Setup.exe (where x is the name of your CD-ROM drive).

This will install the online book to your hard disk drive.

3. Click OK to exit the Installation wizard.
