Visibility in Schema Rowsets

Whether they are SESSION scope or GLOBAL scope, calculated members and named sets are not visible in schema rowsets.

The MDX set operations, such as <dimension>.MEMBERS, <hierarchy>.MEMBERS, or <level>.MEMBERS, do not put any calculated members in the resulting set.
