Note

If you are backing up to media managed by Removable Storage, you must first start Removable Storage in the Services snap-in. To back up to new media, you must first make the media available in the media scratch pool. If you want to back up to an existing media pool, the media must be loaded in the library. For more information about using Removable Storage, see "Data Storage and Management" in this book.
