COBOL Programs

If you run the Cedar Bank sample application over a live mainframe connection, you need to create and install the mainframe transaction programs (TPs). See the procedure "To set up the COBOL programs on your mainframe host computer" in the Implementation section. The COBOL source code is located on the respective Host Integration Server 2000 and the companion CD-ROM discs. For more information, see the Cedar Bank Files and Folders section above.

Note   All the COBOL programs provided are sample programs; they are not intended for use in production environments. They are provided to demonstrate techniques you can use to develop your own COBOL programs and servers for production use.
