Schedule milestone dates description:
STEP 1 A team assembles for the purpose of identifying and placing into sequential order all of the activities to complete a project, program, or major event. See example Annual Corporate-wide TQM Symposium Plan.
STEP 2 A monthly assessment schedule form is used to list all activities.
STEP 3 Next, the team reaches consensus on the length of the listed activities and the start and completion dates of each activity.
STEP 4 The draft of the schedule is completed by inserting all milestone dates and connecting lines under the schedule covering a specific time period, as shown in this example.
STEP 5 The team verifies all information, dates the chart, and attaches the chart to an action plan.
