Every implementation of Project Server benefits when user training is incorporated into the project. Determine an individual’s need for practical Project Server knowledge by his or her role in the system (see Table 3-8). Make your training role-appropriate and deliver it in step with the actual implementation. You should also consider engaging mentoring help at critical points early in the launch, such as the first day that users report progress and project managers accept it.
