15.2 Measure your work

If you’re going to get serious about improving your debugging productivity, you need to keep records. We have already described several ways of keeping logs or journals about your debugging efforts. If you want to measure whether your productivity is improving, all you need to add to those records are the dates and times when you started and finished working on the bugs.
