Using System Restore

You have learned how to create backups and drive images. But how do you restore them when you need them? I’ll take you through that process in Chapter 13, “Recovering Lost or Damaged Files and Applications.” If you’ve heard that drive images are great but you have to restore the entire image to restore a single file you need, you heard wrong. Recent versions of drive-imaging software allow you to restore individual files from the image without restoring the entire image.
