Insert the CD-ROM in the CD-ROM drive
Double-click the QuestionBank folder
Double-click the Troubleshooting-Setup.zip file
Extract the setup files in a folder (example, create a folder called TroubleshootingQB in your C, D, or any other hard disk drive).
Double-click the TroubleshootingQB folder
Double-click the Troubleshooting-Setup folder
Double-click the setup.exe file
Follow the setup instructions
Once the setup is over, you can access the Question Bank from the Start > Programs > Troubleshooting with Cisco
