Enhance your colors

Sometimes your photo may have an unnatural color tint. Fluorescent lighting, tungsten lights, and bad scans are just a few of the potential culprits. There are a few ways to fix this in Photoshop Elements 4.0.

Correct color casts. In Quick Fix mode you can use the sliders under Color to remove color problems or just click the Auto button. For a little more control you can use the Standard Edit mode. Select Enhance > Adjust Color > Remove Color Cast. Move your cursor into the image area and click on an area that is supposed to be gray, white, or black. Under the same menu, select Adjust Color for Skin Tone. Use the eyedropper tool to sample a skin tone, and Photoshop Elements will then adjust the colors of the entire photo to that sample.
