Change Text Size

You can increase or decrease the size of the text in your document. Increase the size to make reading the text easier; decrease the size to fit more text on one page.

1. Select the text that you want to assign a new size.

2. Click to display a list of the possible sizes for the current font.

3. Click the size you want to use.

   

   Word changes the size of the selected text.

4. Click anywhere outside the selection to continue working.
