You can save any Word document as a Web page that you can then upload to the Internet.
Open the document you want to save as a Web page.
Click File.
Click Save as Web Page.
The Save As dialog box appears.
Type a file name for the Web page here.
The location where Word will save the file appears in the Save in dialog box; you can click to save the Web page in a different location.
You can use these icons to navigate to commonly used locations.
Click Change Title.
The Set Page Title dialog box appears.
Type the title that you want to appear at the top of the screen when the page is displayed in a Web browser.
Click OK.
The Save As dialog box reappears.
Click Save.
Word saves the document as a Web page and displays the document in Web Layout view, showing the document as it will appear in a Web browser.
After I close the Web page, what should I do if I want to reopen it?
Follow these steps:
Click the Open icon ().
In the Open dialog box that appears, click here and navigate to the folder where you saved the Web page.
Click the Web page document, which displays a special Microsoft Word icon ().
Click Open.
Word reopens the Web page.
