You can customize a toolbar by adding buttons to give yourself quick access to the commands you use most often.
If the toolbar you want to customize is not already displayed, right-click any toolbar and click the toolbar you want to customize to display it.
Click Tools.
Click Customize.
The Customize dialog box appears.
Click the Commands tab.
Click the category containing the button you want to add to a toolbar.
The commands available in the selected category to add as buttons appear here.
Drag the command you want to add to the toolbar.

Perform steps 1 to 3.
Click the Toolbars tab.
Click the toolbar you want to restore to its original appearance.
Click Reset.
