After reading this chapter, you should have a better idea of some of the tactics that I have found successful in influencing the culture of a group, company, or organization. I could write an entire book on this topic, but what's important here is to realize that this culture does exist and is influenced by the tools and processes that are present in your business. Try to figure out what the culture is at your workplace, and then grow, thrive, and succeed in it.
