About This Chapter

Microsoft Windows 2000 Server supports a number of services that extend the functionality of the Windows 2000 operating system to help it interoperate with the internet. This chapter focuses on several of these services, including Internet Information Services (IIS), Web site management, and Telnet services. The chapter also provides the information necessary to implement each of these services into a Windows 2000 environment and administer that service once it is implemented.

To complete this chapter, you must have

  • Installed Windows 2000 Server on two computers (Server01 and Server02)
