Previewing the Presentation Onscreen

As you're working on a presentation, you may want to see how each slide will look when displayed onscreen in Slide Show view.

1. Display the slide you want to preview.

   

2. Click on the Slide Show View button.

   Note 

   In step 2, you can also use the View, Slide Show View command or the Slide Show, View Show command, or you can just press F5. The only difference is that they all start with the first slide rather than the currently displayed one.

   

3. 1. Click the left mouse button to move to the next slide. Continue through the presentation.

   OR

   2. Press the Esc key to return to PowerPoint.
