Adding Voice-Over Narration

Voice-over narration works great in presentations for which a live speaker will not be present.

1. Click on Slide Show. The Slide Show menu will appear.

2. Click on Record Narration. The Record Narration dialog box will open.

   

   Note 

   If this is the first time you're using this feature, click on the Set Microphone Level button and follow the wizard.

3. Click on OK. The slide show will start and you can begin recording.

   

4. Work your way through the presentation until you come to the end. The screen will go black, and a confirmation dialog box will appear.

5. 1. Click on Save. The timing of the slide show will be saved along with the narration.

   OR

   2. Click on Don't Save. Only the narration will be saved.
