Task #16

Difficulty Level 2

Macintosh operating systems have always been good at helping you find files on your hard drive. Panther takes these features one step further, offering nearly instantaneous searches.

Every Finder window now has a Search field like iTunes. This permits you to search for files from wherever you are in the Finder. By clicking the magnifying lens icon next to the Search field, you can direct your search towards specific locations.

Of course, you can always use the traditional Find window by pressing z+F.
