SharePoint form libraries provide the primary integration point between Windows SharePoint Services and InfoPath 2007.
Form libraries can be created from within InfoPath 2007 as well as from the SharePoint site.
When you create a new SharePoint form library from InfoPath 2007, you publish a form template into a newly created library.
You can define a table layout on the Form Library page when you publish the form template into this library.
After the form library has been created, you can modify its template by using InfoPath 2007.
To make the form template reusable across your site collection, create a content type based on that form template by using InfoPath 2007. You can then associate this content type with as many libraries as necessary.
After the content type is created, you can modify its underlying template by using InfoPath 2007.
To create a new form based on a library template, click New on the Form Library page. The empty form opens in InfoPath 2007. Fill out the form data, and then save the new form to the library.
To edit an existing form, click the form on the library’s page. The form opens in InfoPath 2007. Edit the form data, and then save the form to the library.
