Syntax

     Dim result(  ) As Object = stackVariable.ToArray(  ) 

Description

The ToArray method creates an array of type Object, copies the elements of the stack in order into the array, and then returns the array. The array need not be created in advance.

Usage at a Glance

The top item on the stack becomes array element zero.

Version Differences

Visual Basic 2005 adds support for generics to stacks, as discussed in Chapter 10.
