GSTPA

The Global Straight Through Processing Association (GSTPA) initiative was designed with the intention of "organizing and promoting the efficient electronic flow of cross-border trade information, on trade date." It is based upon the concept of the Transaction Flow Manager a central virtual matching utility that matches trade information sent in by participants and directs message flow, while keeping participants up to date on the trade status. Having said that, the GSTPA initiative officially ended its existence. However, there are a few installations around with banks clearing trades on GSTPA.
