Summary

A basic point in this chapter has been that you cannot consider a single potential international project in a vacuum. It must be seen in the context of other projects and non-project activities. That is why substantial space and time was devoted to multiple projects and the project slate. While we examine and work on single projects in each chapter, the overriding theme and concern is for the slate of projects.
