Lessons Learned


  • Use tables and charts as much as possible. If you start writing up reports and making exotic presentations, you will become consumed with this as people will expect it all of the time. Try to use tables and charts that can reused and updated as you go along in the project.

  • Measure the situation before you start the project. Every international project attempts to make some change or addition to infrastructure, systems, processes, etc. In order to see that you are getting the benefits, you should measure the situation before the project gets underway.
