Click the down arrow next to the New button on Outlook's Standard toolbar and select Note from the menu that appears to open a blank sticky note.
Type the text for your note in the Note box.
Click the Notes button on the Outlook bar to see all the notes you have created.
Notes you haven't closed by clicking the Close (x) button in the Note box's upper-right corner also appear in your workspace.
INTRODUCTION
You can use Outlook's Notes feature to jot down ideas, questions, reminders, directions, or anything else you would write on paper. You can leave Notes visible onscreen as you work.

Changing Note Colors
Click the Note icon in the upper-left corner of the note and then select Color from the menu that appears. Select a different color (blue, green, pink, yellow, or white) to represent different types of notes.

To open a note in Note view, double-click the note. To resize an open note, drag the lower-right corner of the note. To delete an open note, click the Note icon in the upper-left corner of the note and select Delete from the menu that appears.
