In Normal view, click the slide you want to duplicate in either the Outline or the Slides tab.
Open the Insert menu and select Duplicate Slide to duplicate the slide.
A duplicate of the slide is created.
INTRODUCTION
If you have created a slide you really like and want to re-create the same look and text on another slide, you can duplicate it. Being able to duplicate slides comes in handy if you have too much information on one slide; you can duplicate the slide and place the extra text on the second slide.
TIP
Duplicating Layout and Design
Suppose you have applied a slide layout or slide design template to a slide and want other slides to be formatted in the same way. In that case, you could duplicate the slide repeatedly to create a base for all the slides in your presentation.
