With the launch of Windows Vista, Microsoft introduces Windows Ultimate Extras, a collection of tips, tricks, programs, and services for maximizing your experience with Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate.

Windows Vista Ultimate encompasses the following:

• Windows Ultimate Programs Special Microsoft applications designed to enhance your Windows Vista experience, available for download only if you are a Microsoft Vista Ultimate user

• Windows Ultimate Services Aimed at personalizing your Windows Vista Ultimate user experience

• Tips and tricks Help you become a Windows Vista expert in no time as you face the learning curve that comes with all the changes in Windows Vista

Downloading Ultimate Extras

Open Windows Update by clicking the Start All Programs Windows Ultimate Extras. However, the Windows Ultimate Extras section of Windows Update only appears when new Windows Ultimate Extras downloads are available for public consumption.
