World Clock


The World Clock widget enables you to check the time in any major city in the world.

Tip

  • For the World Clock's time to be accurate, the correct time must be set in the Date & Time preferences pane. I explain how to use the Date & Time preferences pane in Chapter 21.


To use the World Clock widget

1.

Open the World Clock widget. By default, it displays the current time in Cupertino, CA (Figure 40).

2.

Click the i button in the lower-right corner of the widget (Figure 41) to flip it over (Figure 42).

3.

Choose a continent and city from the pop-up menus.

4.

Click Done. The clock displays the city you chose.

Tip

  • Want to see clocks for more than one city at a time? Just open another World Clock widget window.
