Undoing, Redoing, & Repeating ActionsWord offers a trio of commands that enable you to undo, redo, or repeat the last thing you did.
Tips
To undo the last actionChoose Edit > Undo (Figure 69, 70, or 71), press , or click the Undo button on the Standard toolbar. To undo multiple actionsChoose Edit > Undo (Figure 69, 70, or 71) or press repeatedly. Or Click the triangle beside the Undo button on the Standard toolbar to display a pop-up menu of recent actions. To reverse the last undoChoose Edit > Redo (Figure 69), press , or click the Redo button on the Standard toolbar. To reverse multiple undosChoose Edit > Redo (Figures 69 and 70) or press repeatedly. Or Click the triangle beside the Redo button on the Standard toolbar to display a pop-up menu of recently undone actions. Drag down to select all the actions that you want to redo (Figure 73).
