Set spending limits for your team.
Your employees will inevitably want to buy each other gifts at the holidays. But it’s a good idea to set a limit on co\worker spending. Five to ten dollars is usually sufficient to find something appropriate—helping those with tight budgets.
Gather employees together early and ask your employees if they want to exchange serious or cheesy gifts. Letting them know you’ll open the gifts at the same time will usually keep everyone on the same page.
