WHAT WORDS CAN’T SAY

If you sometimes worry about choosing just the right words during employee recognition moments, don’t. If your mind is right and the thoughts are right, it will work out just fine. Sometimes we think we need to be great storytellers or great jokesters to make good presentations. Fortunately, we don’t. The best presentations are the ones that come from the heart. Sincerity is what truly matters.

Just think of the awards you received in high school. Do you remember the exact words the presenters used? No. But right now you remember how it felt to be honored.

REMEMBER: 

It’s how they feel, not what you say.
