Is one of your employees a car fanatic? Give him his dream car for a week as a thank-you. Arrange it through a high-end rental company; then take the employee out to sign the final papers and drive it home.

Another variation: give him a high-quality model of his favorite vehicle to display in his office. Add to its trophy value by engraving a congratulatory message in the license-plate area.
