Do you remember watching A Team, a formulaic “dramedy” about a group of ex-cons turned vigilante detective agency? Every episode would wind up with the A Team facing certain destruction. Then the mechanical genius of the group would miraculously pull together an incredible device (vehicle, weapon, whatever) out of dental floss and scotch tape—and annihilate the enemy We loved every minute of it.

The ability of human beings to rally behind a cause and turn things around is legendary If you are going to get out of a hole, your people are the ones who will do it for you. Likewise, when you are on top of your industry, it’s your people who put you there.
