Are the pronouns your employees use pro-company?
The words employees use when speaking of the company can be an indicator of how they feel. If they choose inclusive words like “us” and “we,” then they feel a connection to the company But if they speak of the company in third person, using terms such as “they” or “them,” there’s a definite disconnect—and you need to find a way to rebuild the relationship.
