ASK FOR FEEDBACK

There are some things you’d probably rather not know. But go ahead and ask anyway.

To show your employees that you are trying to recognize and reward their behaviors, take a deep breath and ask them how you are doing in this regard. Encourage them to be honest. And, most importantly, accept the feedback—good or bad—with nothing more (or less) than thanks.
