PRESENTING FORMAL AWARDS WITH STYLE

Most formal awards are presented without much fanfare. But, according to a survey of 33,000 award recipients, how you present an award makes a significant impression. In fact, 97 percent of employees felt their “contributions were acknowledged” after an “excellent” award presentation, while only 39 percent felt their contributions were acknowledged after a “poor” presentation or no presentation.
