Let's review the basics: Don't abuse ForwardActions, and limit your use of IncludeActions. As part of your Struts development, try to understand the goals of MVC architecture and Model 2. Limit the logic in your JSPs, and avoid mixing your View and Controller. DispatchActions and LookUpDispatchActions let you add cohesion to your actions and group related actions in one class. If you use modules, you will need SwitchAction to navigate from one module to another.
In the next chapter, we begin building the presentation layer by working with the View components of the Struts Framework. We show you how to apply tags from Struts tag libraries, use ActionForm and DynaActionForm beans, and wire Views into a Struts application.
