At last, do we get onto the core of the program, the technical part, the difficult but rewarding part? Wrong! Let me try a bit of heresy: defining metrics for specific requirements is the easy part. Well, most of the time it is although there are a couple of requirements that have stymied me in the past, but most of the time, the metrics are easy. The difficult part is getting them in place and in use within the business.
