9.14 SPECIFICATION REVIEW

Having consolidated the requirements you will, of course, have them reviewed by your customer authority as a minimum. It is a good idea to present them to the Metrics Coordination Group as their approval will be useful later. At the very least it means that the "organization" has validated what you intend to do.

You have spent a considerable amount of time and effort ensuring that you know, and that the organization agrees that you know, what is required from the metrics program. Now it is time to satisfy those requirements.
