In this chapter, you learned how to configure Exchange 2000 Server to transfer messages and synchronize directory information with foreign messaging systems. In particular, you learned how to set up an X.400 Connector to transfer messages with any X.400-compliant messaging system and how to set up message transfer and directory synchronization between Exchange 2000 Server and Microsoft Mail for PC Networks. The next chapter begins the section on maintaining Exchange 2000 Server.
