There's room for something else over those synth parts . Ask yourself what you can add. Sit back and listen. What comes to mind? You may well play guitar or some other instrument. If so it's time to 'Get Creative' and add something of your own. It is important, though, to try and hear what the piece needs first, before doodling commences. It need only be something very simple. What did I think of? Well I play saxophone and a very short jazz be-bop motif kept nagging away in my head. It refused to budge and so I recorded it.

As with the vocal part, at this point in the project you have the choice of recording your own instrument. You may prefer to continue with my soprano sax and overdub something of your own later.
