The mix

Mixing this piece is straightforward enough. A label KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid) is stuck to my monitor because it's easy to get carried away, especially with the comprehensive mixing facilities now available with Logic, but I have learned through experience to use effects and signal processing sparingly.

Everybody does it differently, but I like to get the stereo picture and volume levels clear before I decide to add effects. Up to now we have left Volume at a value of 100 in the Instrument Parameter box. Before changing them I listened back and decided to alter the stereo picture slightly.
