5.7. Redial

If you want to sign up for a Vonage broadband phone line, everything you need to know is in this chapter, including screenshots of what you will see as you sign up. If you want to sign up for another company's broadband phone service, you have an excellent idea of what you must provide and pay for the service.

Beyond the initial sign up, you should feel comfortable with the stability of the broadband phone market in general, and with Vonage as the leading player in particular. This market remains dynamic (meaning no one knows what will happen), but Vonage and their competitors are here for the long haul. Sign up without worry, because you'll be able to use your broadband phone from now on without any major problems, no matter what happens in this market or to your broadband phone service provider. If you're company is a "little'un," your service will be transferred, as is, to the "big'un" that ate your provider.
