3.5. Redial

Some people use basic phones and nothing much else. They're still paying more for a traditional telephone line than they will pay for a broadband phone.

Some people love every fancy phone feature they can get. They will cut their phone bill by half or better when they switch to a broadband phone.

Don't feel sorry for the traditional phone companies and how bad their feature list with huge monthly fees looks compared to broadband phone services. Ma Bell had her chance to innovate and drop prices for well

over 100 years, and she didn't do it. In fact, the traditional telephone companies did such a good job depressing innovation, we're all amazed at the features available from broadband phone companies.

We should have gotten these features years ago. The traditional telephone companies didn't deliver, and they still can't deliver. If you want features, you need a broadband phone, period.
